Is There A “Right” Time To Be Passive?

Here we are addressing whether or not there is a ‘right time’ to be passive as a man/husband?  Many times we often hear men say they are not passive, but just do things in their own time.  We want to talk about that and what that means and how it affects a man’s life and family not to do things in their own time.
